The response to our work was SO enthusiastic, and my head  <br \/>spins with the number of ways that we can really have a positive  <br \/>impact on this population of patients.<\/p>\n<p>I met Chef Dave, the bariatric chef, along with the dietician who  <br \/>works with him. In addition to the work they&#39;re doing for bariatrics,  <br \/>they&#39;re also making huge inroads into school cafeterias by making real  <br \/>foods from real ingredients. They&#39;re even doing this in public  <br \/>schools!! It us going to be a pleasure to work with them both.<\/p>\n<p>In any case, there is a great need here for our lifestyle wellness  <br \/>programs that teach healthy eating behaviors.
