And salmon is one of the best sources of this!<\/span><br \/>\n<i><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/i><strong><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">You&#8217;ll Need:<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">3 tablespoons Dijon mustard<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">3 tablespoons butter, melted<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">5 teaspoons honey<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">1\/2 cup fresh bread crumbs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">1\/2 cup finely chopped pecans<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">3 teaspoons chopped fresh parsley<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">6 (4 ounce) fillets salmon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">salt and pepper to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">6 lemon wedges<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Directions:<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">In a small bowl, mix together the mustard, butter, and honey. In another bowl, mix together the bread crumbs, pecans, and parsley.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Season each salmon fillet with salt and pepper. Place on a lightly greased baking sheet. Brush with mustard-honey mixture. Cover the top of each fillet with bread crumb mixture.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Helvetica Neue, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Bake for 10 minutes per inch of thickness (measured at thickest part), or until salmon just flakes when tested with a fork.
