This also works perfectly with frozen berries so it can be made all year round.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You\u2019ll Need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>8 Ounces of strawberries (approximately 8 strawberries) frozen or fresh (if using frozen make sure they are thawed)<\/li>\n<li>\u00be Teaspoon vanilla<\/li>\n<li>\u00be Cup milk<\/li>\n<li>1 Teaspoon honey<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><br \/>\n<strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Process until smooth consistency is reached.<br \/>\nAt this point you can chill or store it in refrigerator or serve over crushed ice.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Play with your food:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leave out the vanilla and add lemon juice instead.<\/li>\n<li>Use less milk and add plain yogurt.
