On a 4.0 grade scale, students who exercised vigorously seven days a week had G.P.A.\u2019s that were, on average, 0.4 points higher than those who didn\u2019t exercise. (The full study isn\u2019t available online, but <\/span><\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/www.acsm.org\/AM\/Template.cfm?Section=About_ACSM&amp;CONTENTID=14753&amp;TEMPLATE=\/CM\/HTMLDisplay.cfm\" style=\"color: rgb(0, 66, 118); text-decoration: underline; \"><span style=\"font-size: medium; \"><span  style=\"font-family:arial;\">the American College of Sports Medicine has posted a press release<\/span><\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span  style=\"font-family:arial;\"> about the research.)<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"  color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: 21px; \"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span  style=\"font-family:arial;\"><br \/><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"  color: rgb(51, 51, 51); line-height: 21px; \"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span  style=\"font-family:arial;\">And you don&#8217;t have to KILL yourself either, be a marathoner, or run the super Iron Man Tri-athalon every other Thursday to get the effects. You just have to get out there and DO something. Put. The. Remote.
