Just make sure the nuts you eat aren&#8217;t salted or coated with sugar.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-bottom: 25px; margin-left: 0px; padding-top: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; line-height: 15px; \"><span style=\"font-weight: normal; \"><span  style=\"font-size:medium;\">All nuts are high in calories, so a handful will do. To avoid eating too many nuts and gaining weight, replace foods high in saturated fat with nuts.
