Herbs are a simple way to make a dish pop and to enhance the nutrition.\u00a0<\/i><br \/>\n<i><br \/>\n<\/i><i><br \/>\n<\/i><strong>You\u2019ll Need<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 four pound roasting chicken<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon dried rosemary, crush<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd teaspoon ground sage<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc teaspoon freshly ground pepper<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup fresh lemon juice<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup olive oil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wash chicken.<\/li>\n<li>Drain well.<\/li>\n<li>Place breast side up, on large piece of heavy duty aluminum foil in a baking dish or roasting pan.<\/li>\n<li>Combine rosemary, sage, salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Season cavity of bird with half the mixture, saving the rest to season outside.<\/li>\n<li>Mix lemon juice and olive oil.
