But if you&#8217;re looking for a standard rule to apply, it&#8217;s to engage in your world. <\/p>\n<p>Sometimes we want to &#8220;put it in neutral&#8221;, &#8220;veg out&#8221;, which truly has its place. But when that practice goes from being the exception to becoming the rule, your brain weakens. <\/p>\n<p>So. Get outside and do something that you think is fun. Read books that make you laugh or cry or think deeply &#8212; whatever you love.
