I guess that&#8217;s why I love this research finding:&nbsp;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans; font-size: 20px; line-height: 30px;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"line-height: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Girls who walk or bike to school instead of getting a ride perform better in tests of verbal and math skills, according to a new study of teens.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><br \/><span style=\"line-height: 30px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;\"><i><b>And the longer the commute, the higher the test scores<\/b><\/i>, regardless of how much exercise girls got outside of school.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;\"><br \/><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; line-height: 22px;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans; line-height: normal;\"><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;\">This is an easy solution, and it has nothing to do with walking to school. It has everything to do with giving the teen brain exactly what it needs &#8212; physical stimulation with simple, regular, daily movement.&nbsp;<\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: 1.6; margin-bottom: 10px; margin-left: 0px; margin-right: 0px; margin-top: 0px; padding-bottom: 0px; padding-left: 0px; padding-right: 0px; padding-top: 0px;\">When you move your bottom through space, it increases blood flow to the brain. What does the butt-to-brain connection mean?
