Try this easy salmon patty recipe especially on a night when you need a quick meal.<\/i><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><i><br \/>\n<\/i><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\"><b>You\u2019ll Need<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">16 ounces canned salmon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">1 small onion, finely chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\u00bc cup fresh parsley, finely chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">2 eggs, beaten<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">1 \u00bc cups dried bread crumbs, split into \u00be cup and \u00bd cup<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">\u00bc teaspoon cayenne<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Butter for cooking patties<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Salt and pepper to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\"><b>Directions<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Place the salmon and the liquid that is found in the can into a mixing bowl. Flake it with a fork.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Mix in onion, parsley, cayenne, salt and pepper.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Mix in beaten eggs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Add \u00be cup of bread crumbs to shape into patties. Then roll the patties in the extra bread crumbs.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;\">Melt butter in a skillet over low heat.
