As a savory sauce, they are a delicious complement to salmon.<\/i><\/p>\n<p><strong>You&#8217;ll Need<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>3\/4 cup chicken stock<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup balsamic vinegar<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup orange juice<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon honey<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon cornstarch<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup chicken stock<\/li>\n<li>1 cup fresh blueberries<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons chopped fresh chives<\/li>\n<li>4 (6 ounce) salmon steaks<\/li>\n<li>2 tablespoons olive oil<\/li>\n<li>salt and pepper to taste<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Into a medium sauce pan<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pour 1\/2 cup chicken stock, vinegar, orange juice, and honey in a small pot and bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to medium. Dissolve cornstarch in 1\/4 cup of chicken stock, and stir into the simmering sauce.<\/li>\n<li>Cook and stir until the sauce thickens and turns clear, 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in the blueberries and chives, and keep warm over low heat.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>On your grill<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat to medium high-heat. Brush salmon with oil, and season to your liking with salt and pepper.<\/li>\n<li>Grill until the fish flakes easily with a fork, about 3 to 4 minutes per side.
