I believe that an important route to sustain healthy foods for ourselves is to <b style=\"font-style: italic; \">create a system<\/b> that controls this kind of outbreak better. <\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>For example, if we had more local farms, and fewer mega farms who distribute billions of bushels across the US, then any infestation of bacteria will have a limited penetration into the population, at best. <\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Also, when the producers are local, and you know who they are, then you are not some nameless, faceless consumer to them.
