mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">1 1\/2 teaspoons salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">1 Tablespoon olive oil (and extra to grease bowl)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">3 1\/3 cup all-purpose flour<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\"><b><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">Directions<\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">In a large bowl, dissolve the yeast in warm water and mix in the sugar.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">Let sit until it becomes frothy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">Next, mix in the salt, olive oil and flour and mix well until the dough is in the form of a ball and the dough is not sticking to the sides of the bowl.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">Turn the dough out onto a lightly floured surface and kneed the dough until smooth.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">Place the dough in a bowl that has been greased with olive\u00a0oil and cover the bowl with a damp cloth.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">Set aside and let rise until doubled-approximately 1 hour.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">Punch down the dough and kneed for approximately 5 to 7 minutes and let rise again until doubled.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">Next, heat the grill up to high heat.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">Get the dough out again.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">Punch it down and divide the dough in half and form \u00bd inch thick rectangular size shapes.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">Brush the grill with olive oil place one of the dough shapes on the grill.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">The dough will tend to puff up.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">Carefully watch for the bottom crust to become lightly browned and turn the dough over.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">Add toppings however you would like but be careful not to top it too much as you do not want the pizza to become too heavy.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic',sans-serif; font-size: 12.0pt; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman';\">Close the lid and cook for a few minutes checking to see when cheese is melted.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Century Gothic', sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">This recipe is one that you will get your own feel for.
