Then we discuss Stevia, white sugar, brown sugar and molasses.<\/p>\n<p>In the end, natural sugar of course is not bad for you. It&#8217;s the overconsumption that makes it harmful. However, that rule only applies to the real sugars. The artificial sweeteners have very little to recommend them.
