You can keep this \u00a0in the refrigerator for a week. In time you will learn what you like more or less of and if you like it mild, or hot.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>HINT: After making this you can put it in a food processor and the flavor and consistency is completely different once processed.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">You&#8217;ll Need<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\"><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">8 roman tomatoes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">8 regular tomatoes (medium size)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">1 bundle cilantro<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">1 medium red onion<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">2 cloves garlic<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">5 stalks celery<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">1 cup jarred jalapeno peppers chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">1 can green chilies chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">1-2 fresh serrano peppers chopped<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">1 tsp salt<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">1 tsp cayenne pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif;\">1 tsp black pepper<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"margin-bottom: 0.0001pt;\"><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Times New Roman', serif; line-height: 115%;\">Chop all of the ingredients and mix well.\u00a0<\/span>This gets better as it sits. The longer it sits the hotter it will become.
