In order to do this, incorporate omega-3 fatty acid fish into your diet<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>F<\/strong><strong>or the Salmon:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 fresh rosemary sprigs, each about 4-inches long<\/li>\n<li>3 pounds center-cut salmon, cut into 6 slices about 2 inches thick<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup pure olive oil<\/li>\n<li>Grated zest and juice of 1 lemon<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>For the Sauce: <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 lemon<\/li>\n<li>2 fresh rosemary sprigs, each about 4 inches long<\/li>\n<li>1 clove garlic, sliced paper thin<\/li>\n<li>1 sprinkle of cayenne<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon salt<\/li>\n<li>1\/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil<\/li>\n<li>2 pounds cherry tomatoes, skins removed<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Prepare the Fish:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Remove the leaves from the rosemary sprigs.<\/li>\n<li>In a shallow bowl, marinate the sliced salmon with the rosemary leaves, olive oil, and lemon zest and juice for about 1 hour.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Make the Sauce:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat an oven to 500*F (250*C).<\/li>\n<li>Peel the zest from the lemon, using a vegetable peeler, and finely julienne.<\/li>\n<li>Juice the lemon.<\/li>\n<li>Combine the lemon zest and juice, rosemary, garlic, salt and oil in a heatproof bowl, set aside.<\/li>\n<li>Place the tomatoes on a baking sheet or jelly roll pan and roast for 12 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Immediately place the roasted tomatoes into the heat-proof bowl.<\/li>\n<li>Smash them with a fork and incorporate with the other ingredients.<\/li>\n<li>The intense heat of the roasted tomatoes will cook the other ingredients.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Start the Grill:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Grill the salmon for 2 minutes on each side.
