So I&#8217;m going to plan a run 2 times, 6 months apart. That way, all the fitness momentum built up for one event can keep going into the next event.&nbsp;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">This is a much better structure.&nbsp;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">So think about doing this for yourself. Choose 2 races or events, 6 months apart.
