It&#8217;s something we do in my house, and are encouraging our corporate groups to do as well.&nbsp;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><a data-show-count=\"false\" data-size=\"large\" href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/willclower\">Follow @willclower<\/a><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Do you have to wear spandex?&nbsp;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">No<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Do you have to go to the gym?&nbsp;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">No<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Do you have to buy an abs blaster?&nbsp;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">No<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">You don&#8217;t even have to grunt and sweat! Just be consistent and do your S&amp;Ps one time per day.&nbsp;<\/span><br \/><b style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/b><b style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">How many?<\/b><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.willclower.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/sit-ups-1.jpg?ssl=1\" style=\"clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"133\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.willclower.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/sit-ups.jpg?resize=200%2C133&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"200\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">That is totally up to you. If you can only do 10 pushups now, start with 10. I started w 25. If you can only do 20 situps now, start with that. I started with 25.&nbsp;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Give it, seriously, 10 days and the pushups get easier, the situps get easier, and you start having more energy in your day. When it&#8217;s comfortable for you to add a couple more, do that and let us know.&nbsp;<\/span><br \/><b style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/b><b style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Ain&#8217;t nobody got no time for that!<\/b><\/p>\n<div style=\"clear: both; text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.willclower.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/dos2Bexxis2Bmeme2Bsit2Bups-1.jpg?ssl=1\" style=\"clear: left; float: left; margin-bottom: 1em; margin-right: 1em;\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" height=\"200\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.willclower.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/08\/dos2Bexxis2Bmeme2Bsit2Bups.jpg?resize=159%2C200&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"159\" \/><\/a><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Actually, that&#8217;s the great thing about this challenge. It takes almost no time at all. For me, I do this right after morning coffee and requires all of 90 seconds out of my life. &nbsp;NINETY SECONDS.&nbsp;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">That&#8217;s nothing.&nbsp;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Plus, you don&#8217;t have to travel, and you do it right in your floor. &nbsp;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">To make sure you follow through, get your person to do this with you. Spouse, friend, or your kids. Make it &#8220;a thing&#8221; where they remind you to do your S&amp;Ps and you remind them.<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><b>How long?&nbsp;<\/b><\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Add your S&amp;Ps each day until September 1. Come back here and write what change it has made for you.&nbsp;<\/span><br \/><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">This is easy. It&#8217;s quick. And it&#8217;s effective.
