Croutons are a delicious topping to many salads.<br \/>\n<\/i><\/span><\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times,'Times New Roman',serif;\"><i><br \/>\n<\/i><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times,'Times New Roman',serif;\"><b>You\u2019ll Need<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times,'Times New Roman',serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">1 tablespoons butter<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times,'Times New Roman',serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">2 tablespoons olive oil<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times,'Times New Roman',serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">2 cups of stale bread cubes<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times,'Times New Roman',serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Salt and pepper to taste<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: small;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times,'Times New Roman',serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"-moz-font-feature-settings: normal; -moz-font-language-override: normal; font-size-adjust: none; font-stretch: normal; font-style: normal; font-variant: normal; font-weight: normal; line-height: normal;\">Examples of\u00a0<\/span><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">dried herbs and spices: garlic powder, onion powder, oregano, basil, paprika, crushed red pepper, rosemary etc.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"background: white; line-height: normal; margin: 0.25in 0in; mso-outline-level: 3;\"><b><span style=\"color: #333333;\"><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;\">Directions<\/span><\/span><\/b><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Melt the butter in a skillet with the olive oil.<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Add the cubes of bread and saut\u00e9, turning frequently with a spatula, until bread cubes are golden brown.<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Times, 'Times New Roman', serif;\"><span style=\"color: #333333;\">Season with salt and pepper to taste and stir well.
