style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00bd lemon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">1 teaspoon Dijon style mustard<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">\u00bd teaspoon finely chopped garlic<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">1 tablespoon red wine vinegar<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Freshly ground black pepper to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">3 Tablespoons olive oil<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\u00a0<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Directions<\/span><\/strong><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Cut the broccoli into florets.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">If the pieces are large, cut the stems in half.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Rinse and drain them.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Reserve the stems for another use.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Drop broccoli into boiling salted water to cover.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Drain and run the broccoli briefly under cold water to cool.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Drain again and chill.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Cut the avocado in half.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Peel each half and remove the pit.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Cut each half into 8 lengthwise strips.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Squeeze the lemon half over the strips to prevent discoloration.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Arrange the broccoli and the avocado alternately on\u00a0a serving platter<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Blend the mustard, garlic, vinegar, pepper and oil, adding salt if needed, in a bowl with a wire whisk.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Pour over the broccoli and avocado.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif;\">Serve
