This is a nice dessert for the Thanksgiving spread.\u00a0<\/i><br \/>\n<i><br \/>\n<\/i><b>You\u2019ll Need<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a05 medium apples sliced and peeled<\/li>\n<li>1\/2 cup brown sugar<\/li>\n<li>\u00be cup oats<\/li>\n<li>\u00be cup flour<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon cinnamon<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon nutmeg<\/li>\n<li>1 stick butter, softened<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc cup apple juice, or water<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><b>Directions<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Preheat oven to 375 F.<\/li>\n<li>Put half of the apples in a greased 9&#8243;x 9&#8243;pan.<\/li>\n<li>Blend together remaining ingredients, except juice and additional apples<\/li>\n<li>Place half the flour mixture over the apples.<\/li>\n<li>Cover with remaining apples and flour mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Pour juice over top.<\/li>\n<li>Bake 35 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">Great with vanilla ice cream.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/willclowerblog.blogspot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0px currentColor;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.willclower.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/WillClowerOnTheCultureOfHealth.1-4.gif?w=735&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Will Clower Articles\" \/><\/a> <a href=\"http:\/\/willcloweraudio.blogspot.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0px currentColor;\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.willclower.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/WillClowerAudicles.1.gif?w=735&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"Will Clower Audicles\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<div><\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Apples are in season!
