{"id":158,"date":"2016-11-20T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-11-20T17:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.willclower.com\/blog\/2015\/11\/21\/herbed-bread-stuffing\/"},"modified":"2017-01-12T13:57:09","modified_gmt":"2017-01-12T18:57:09","slug":"herbed-bread-stuffing","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mymedwellness.com\/blog\/?p=158","title":{"rendered":"Herbed Bread Stuffing"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em><br \/>\nA nice stuffing to go with the delightful Thanksgiving meal. <\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Yields 10 cups <\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>You\u2019ll Need<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup butter<\/li>\n<li>2 cups celery, chopped<\/li>\n<li>1\/3 cup onion, chopped<\/li>\n<li>2 Tablespoons parsley flakes<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons poultry seasoning<\/li>\n<li>2 teaspoons sage, dried<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd seasoned salt<\/li>\n<li>12 cups dry bread cubes<\/li>\n<li>13 ounces chicken broth<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Melt butter in large skillet, saute celery and onion until onion is transparent.<\/li>\n<li>Stir in next four ingredients.<\/li>\n<li>Place bread cubes in large bowl; stir in onion and celery mixture.<\/li>\n<li>Add chicken broth; toss to combine.<\/li>\n<li>Stuff loosely into neck and breast cavities or place stuffing in casserole dish.<\/li>\n<li>If placing in casserole dish bake covered in a 325 F oven for 45 minutes.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A nice stuffing to go with the delightful Thanksgiving meal.
