When choices come up\u2014what to eat, how to move, when to rest\u2014you can ask a simple question: Does this support my direction? And the answer to that question creates clarity without pressure, flexibility without chaos.<\/p>\n<p>Life, schedules, and priorities all change every year. But an intention adapts with you and creates an alignment with who you are.
