Heating the oil slightly allows more flavors to be released.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"641\" data-end=\"683\">\n<p data-start=\"644\" data-end=\"683\">Let veggies marinate briefly (even 30 mins helps) or simply brush with olive-oil\u202f+\u202fherbs mix. Or you can just brush with olive oil and a pinch of salt.
