Then, take micro-breaks to stretch, breathe, or strike your best yoga pose\u2014between those two, you&#8217;ll stay cool, inside and out.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"483\" data-end=\"661\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">And remember: sunshine is nature\u2019s mood booster, so sneak in a lunchtime walk or take that Zoom call from a shady spot outdoors. And bonus points if you wear sunscreen like a boss.<\/span><\/p>\n<p data-start=\"663\" data-end=\"942\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\"><span style=\"font-family: verdana, geneva, sans-serif;\">Wellbeing doesn\u2019t have to mean you HAVE to have green smoothies and yoga at sunrise (though we respect your ambition).
