Given this, what\u2019s a strategy that can prevent this annual over-consumption?<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">The solution is to eat small at the fork\/spoon and take your time between bites. This lets your brain get the \u201cfull signals\u201d before you overeat.
