This on its own can provide a sense of belonging.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"article-editor-content__list-item\">\n<p class=\"article-editor-content__paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Secondly, encourage virtual interactions. Of course, they&#8217;ll never replace in-person connections, but they can be an important bridge that allows individuals to connect with friends and family.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li class=\"article-editor-content__list-item\">\n<p class=\"article-editor-content__paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Lastly, prioritize self-care and mental well-being through mindfulness practices or seeking professional help.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p class=\"article-editor-content__paragraph\"><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">So recognize the health risks associated with chronic loneliness.
