Make it a part of your regular diet.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><i>\u00a0<\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'verdana' , sans-serif;\"><b>You&#8217;ll Need<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'verdana' , sans-serif;\">Garlic bulbs (as many as you would like)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'verdana' , sans-serif;\">Olive oil (at least one Tablespoon per bulb)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'verdana' , sans-serif;\">Parsley to garnish<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'verdana' , sans-serif;\">Bread or crackers to serve with garlic as a spread.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'verdana' , sans-serif;\"><b>Directions<\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'verdana' , sans-serif;\">Preheat oven to 375 F<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'verdana' , sans-serif;\">Take a whole garlic bulb and pull off the excess first outer layer and leave the garlic bulb in tact.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'verdana' , sans-serif;\">Next, cut off approximately \u00bc of an inch of the garlic stem portions (the pointy ends). You now should have a whole bulb of garlic still in tact with the top stem cut off enough to see the actual garlic cloves.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'verdana' , sans-serif;\">Place the bulb in a baking dish and drizzle with olive oil. Let the olive oil seep into the garlic cloves and then repeat. Cover and bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until garlic cloves become soft.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'verdana' , sans-serif;\">Let cool. Garnish with parsley.
