If you can share the load with someone else, it will make it so much easier for you all!<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s because if it all falls on your shoulders along to stick with it day in and day out, it\u2019s just too easy for normal humans to rationalize their way out of hanging in there.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>I\u2019m just a little tired this morning \u2026<\/li>\n<li>I\u2019ll just skip this one today \u2026<\/li>\n<li>I\u2019ll definitely pick it back up tomorrow \u2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>This is so common that you should actually expect it to happen. You shouldn&#8217;t wonder IF your brain will try to rationalize its way out of sticking to your activity plan, but HOW OFTEN.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s why this one rule is so important: get a buddy to mutual accountability partners for each other. Before starting, make a pact together knowing very well that there will be days where it\u2019s YOU who needs a nudge. Of course, you don&#8217;t technically have to be physically present with them, but man it is so much easier if they are.<\/p>\n<p>It is better with more than one buddy with you as well. So if you have a group who can commit to committing to their commitment together, those are your accountability buddies, and they will be the biggest support you&#8217;ve ever had toward keeping to your goals through this March, April, and May.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Being consistent over time only sounds easy.
