{"id":116,"date":"2016-02-22T17:00:00","date_gmt":"2016-02-22T17:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.willclower.com\/blog\/2016\/02\/22\/tortellini-soup\/"},"modified":"2017-01-21T21:12:45","modified_gmt":"2017-01-22T02:12:45","slug":"tortellini-soup","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mymedwellness.com\/blog\/?p=116","title":{"rendered":"Tortellini Soup"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\n<p>This Mediterranean inspired recipe is so easy to make and will easily become a staple in your\u00a0kitchen.\u00a0It can easily be made in bulk so invite the friends and family over.<\/p>\n<p><strong>You\u2019ll Need:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 Tablespoon olive oil<\/li>\n<li>1 medium onion, chopped<\/li>\n<li>2 garlic cloves, crushed<\/li>\n<li>1, 10 ounce package frozen chopped spinach<\/li>\n<li>29 ounces of chicken or vegetable broth<\/li>\n<li>14.5 ounce can of diced tomato or 1 fresh tomato, diced<\/li>\n<li>9 ounces of packaged of tortellini of choice<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Tablespoon dried basil<\/li>\n<li>Pinch of crushed red pepper<\/li>\n<li>Salt and Pepper to taste<\/li>\n<li>Freshly grated Parmesan or\u00a0Romano cheese<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\n<p><strong>Directions:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>In a large pot\u00a0heat\u00a0olive oil over medium heat.<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0Slightly lower heat.
