{"id":11293,"date":"2023-02-10T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2023-02-10T17:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mymedwellness.com\/blog\/?p=11293"},"modified":"2023-01-05T13:49:36","modified_gmt":"2023-01-05T18:49:36","slug":"citrus-black-bean-soup","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mymedwellness.com\/blog\/?p=11293","title":{"rendered":"Citrus Black Bean Soup"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n<p><b>Ingredients<\/b><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>1 tablespoon\u00a0olive oil<\/li>\r\n<li>3 cups chopped yellow onion<\/li>\r\n<li>2 teaspoons cumin<\/li>\r\n<li>1 teaspoon of salt<\/li>\r\n<li>1 medium carrot, finely chopped<\/li>\r\n<li>10 cloves garlic, crushed<\/li>\r\n<li>1 medium zucchini, diced<\/li>\r\n<li>5 cups cooked black beans<\/li>\r\n<li>1 \u00bd cups orange juice<\/li>\r\n<li>Cayenne pepper, to your liking<\/li>\r\n<li>8 ounces of salsa<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Place oil in large pot.<\/li>\r\n<li>Heat the oil, and saut\u00e9 the onion, cumin, salt, zucchini, carrot, and the garlic over medium heat. Saut\u00e9 until carrot is tender.<\/li>\r\n<li>Add beans.<\/li>\r\n<li>Put heat on low. Mix in orange juice, cayenne, and salsa.
