Greens.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">So add these up and you a turbo booster mega dose of healthiness!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Plus, the deliciousness factor here is through the roof &#8230; you&#8217;re welcome!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>You\u2019ll Need<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">4 large garlic cloves, thinly sliced<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">3 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Pinch red pepper flakes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">1 can or 2 cups cooked cannellini beans (reserving 1\/3 cup liquid)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">1 \u00bd pounds of chopped kale<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Salt and pepper to taste<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Freshly grated Parmesan cheese (optional)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">In a medium pot, saut\u00e9 sliced garlic and red pepper flakes in oil on low heat until the garlic starts to brown.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Add the beans including the liquid.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Add the chopped kale and simmer until they&#8217;re cooked but still firm.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Add salt and pepper to taste.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">If you would like it to be a bit more like a soup you can add some additional water.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Drizzle a little extra virgin olive oil on the top of each bowl and serve with freshly grated Parmesan cheese.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: tahoma, arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Serve with a dunk-able piece of bread.
