{"id":10977,"date":"2022-01-12T15:27:00","date_gmt":"2022-01-12T20:27:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mymedwellness.com\/blog\/?p=10977"},"modified":"2022-02-01T15:42:29","modified_gmt":"2022-02-01T20:42:29","slug":"peanut-butter-cups","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mymedwellness.com\/blog\/?p=10977","title":{"rendered":"Peanut Butter Cups"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><b>Ingredients<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 cup semi-sweet or dark chocolate chips<\/li>\n<li>1 Tablespoon powdered sugar<\/li>\n<li>3 Tablespoons peanut butter<\/li>\n<li>\u00bc teaspoon vanilla<\/li>\n<li>1 \u00bd teaspoons Grapeseed oil (or other type of vegetable oil)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Pinch of sea salt<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Line medium or small size muffin tins with silicon or paper liners.<\/li>\n<li>On a stove top in a double broiler melt the chocolate. Next place approximately 2 teaspoons of chocolate in the bottom of each muffin liner to total 8. Or approximately 1 teaspoon in the bottom if using the smaller muffin tins to fill 16.<\/li>\n<li>Now freeze the muffin tins until chocolate hardens approximately 8 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>While in freezer, mix together powdered sugar, peanut butter, a pinch of sea salt, and vanilla.<\/li>\n<li>Remove tray from freezer and place approximately one teaspoon for large muffin tins or \u00bd teaspoon for small muffin tins of peanut butter mixture. Then cover the peanut butter with chocolate (divide the chocolate evenly among the cups).
