{"id":10595,"date":"2025-01-30T12:00:00","date_gmt":"2025-01-30T17:00:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.mymedwellness.com\/blog\/?p=10595"},"modified":"2025-01-15T13:32:21","modified_gmt":"2025-01-15T18:32:21","slug":"baked-party-wings","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.mymedwellness.com\/blog\/?p=10595","title":{"rendered":"Baked Party Wings"},"content":{"rendered":"\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><em>You won&#8217;t miss deep fried wings after giving these ones a try&#8230;<\/em><\/p>\r\n<p><strong>You\u2019ll Need<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>1 1\/2 pounds chicken wings (party wings)<\/li>\r\n<li>Salt<\/li>\r\n<li>Pepper<\/li>\r\n<li>Garlic powder<\/li>\r\n<li>8 Tablespoons Franks Hot Sauce (or hot sauce of choice)<\/li>\r\n<li>5 Tablespoons butter<\/li>\r\n<li>Olive oil or grapeseed oil (approximately 1 to 1 \u00bd Tablespoons)<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Directions<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>Preheat oven to 400 F.<\/li>\r\n<li>Drizzle\u00a0wings\u00a0with oil, then toss with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.<\/li>\r\n<li>Place on cookie sheet that has been lined with parchment paper.<\/li>\r\n<li>Bake for at least 25 minutes.<\/li>\r\n<li>Remove from oven, flip wings, and\u00a0bake for another 20 minutes.\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Leave wings in longer or until\u00a0wings\u00a0reach a crisp you like.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<li>After you are done baking them, put the\u00a0wings\u00a0in the hot sauce.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Hot Sauce (Here is a ratio for the sauce, adjust to your liking)<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\r\n<li>8 Tablespoons (\u00bd cup) Frank\u2019s Red Hot Sauce (or another hot sauce you like)<\/li>\r\n<li>5 Tablespoons (approximately 1\/3 cup) butter.<\/li>\r\n<li>Melt butter in a saucepan.
