When your mind is packed with rampant thoughts and endless to-dos and chronic worries you can get the stress hormones that can sabotage your inner calm.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>It&#8217;s okay to empty your mind from time to time, through meditation, a walk in nature, or chat with a friend who makes you laugh.
