Just email it to nutrition@gmail.com<\/i><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><b>You\u2019ll Need<\/b><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>2 Tbsp. Olive Oil<\/li>\n<li>15 Oz. Can White Beans, Rinsed*<\/li>\n<li>2 Scallions (Or Green Onions), Sliced<\/li>\n<li>14.5 Oz. Can Of Diced Tomatoes, Drained**<\/li>\n<li>1 Clove Garlic, Minced<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 C. Chicken Broth<\/li>\n<li>\u00be Tsp. Chili Powder<\/li>\n<li>3\/4 C. Cooked Chicken Breast<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd Tsp. Cumin<\/li>\n<li>Tabasco Sauce (To Taste)<\/li>\n<li>2 Dashes Sea Salt<\/li>\n<li>2 Dashes Freshly Ground Black Pepper<\/li>\n<li>Rice (Optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><b>\u00a0<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><b>Directions<\/b><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Cook one-half boneless, skinless chicken breast in 1 tbsp. olive oil, sprinkling both sides of the breast with salt and pepper as it cooks.<\/li>\n<li>Set aside to cool.<\/li>\n<li>In a medium pot, heat 1 tbsp. olive oil.<\/li>\n<li>Saute scallions and garlic until garlic just begins to get golden.<\/li>\n<li>Add chili powder and cumin and stir for 1 minute.<\/li>\n<li>Add the beans, tomatoes and chicken broth and simmer for 15 minutes, uncovered.<\/li>\n<li>Add chicken and cook for 5 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>Add 1 or 2 dashes of tabasco sauce, although for me the recipe already has a slight kick if eaten immediately.<\/li>\n<li>Serve with hot, crusty buttered fresh bread, or over rice (which will cut the spiciness), and add a salad. Serves 2 people.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\"><\/div>\n<div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0px;\">* Kidney beans are the best.
