But why do we care? This can lead to back pain, knee pain, hip pain, and hamstring strains.<\/p>\n<p>So my question is, do you do hip-opening stretches?\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>For me, I found that once I started doing stretching to open my hips, my chronic lower back pain has almost completely vanished.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthline.com\/health\/tight-hips\">Here&#8217;s a great article showing the stretches you can do to open those hips, and give your back a break!<\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>If you sit for any length of time at all, the inner muscles of your sacral area in and around your hips will shorten and tighten.
