If so, what did you do, and how did you do it?\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Of course, the bad news is that if you crave more sugar, you&#8217;ll eat more sugar. By contrast, if you crave less sugar you&#8217;ll eat less. Less sugar = less calories = less weight gain, and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedaily.com\/releases\/2021\/05\/210506183353.htm\">this study<\/a> is showing a link between that sugar in your tea, your soda, and other drinks with <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><em>colon cancer<\/em><\/span>.<\/p>\n<p>For Mediterranean Wellness, you have to pull your sweet tooth, so you don&#8217;t deprive yourself of sugar.
