Well #4 on <a href=\"https:\/\/www.webmd.com\/sleep-disorders\/ss\/slideshow-fatigue-causes-and-remedies\">this WebMD list<\/a> of reasons why is <strong><em>anemia<\/em><\/strong>, which happens when you run low on iron. Your red blood cells need iron in order to carry oxygen to your body for energy.<\/p>\n<p>Low iron &#8211;&gt; low oxygen. Low oxygen &#8211;&gt; low energy.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>So take your own pulse on this. Do you experience fatigue, lightheadedness, confusion (more than normal, lol), pale skin, weakness, or dizziness? If so you may not need an extra cup of coffee, you may just need more iron in your life.
