These two are on sleep.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>The 1st meditation is on the headspace you need to get a better night&#8217;s sleep, and removing the barriers standing in the way.<\/li>\n<li>The 2nd meditation gives you the tools to use on the spot, right in the middle of that awful early morning time when you just can&#8217;t sleep.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Sleep is one of the most important factors for sustaining a healthy mental state. And it&#8217;s totally &#8220;under the radar&#8221; too because as a younger person you didn&#8217;t need it so much, and didn&#8217;t have such a hard time nailing it down!\u00a0But now, there&#8217;s only so much coffee you can throw it bad sleep patterns before they catch up with you and drag you down.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s why we&#8217;re adding these Meditations to help our members help themselves.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Update on the Mindful Minutes program.
