It just doesn&#8217;t happen.<\/p>\n<p>This is just one reason it&#8217;s healthier to make your own food in your own home. And this is something that we have forgotten as a culture.<\/p>\n<p>For example, in my mom&#8217;s day, women were coached (by the TV Dinner people and others, remember Salisbury &#8220;Steak&#8221;?) that the modern woman shouldn&#8217;t be bothered. And the idea of men cooking? Please.<\/p>\n<p>That&#8217;s why it&#8217;s great news that, <a href=\"https:\/\/nutritionj.biomedcentral.com\/articles\/10.1186\/s12937-018-0347-9\">according to the Nutrition Journal<\/a>, cooking at home increased from 2003 to 2016. And I love this one &#8212; the percent of college-educated men cooking increased 14 percentage points up to 51.9%!
